How do I upload my photo?

After choosing your magnet, you'll see a little "Upload your photo" button.  Click it, pick your favorite image, and you're all set!  Clear, well-lit photos work best, so your memory shines on your magnet.

What photos look best?

Phone photos, happy moments, milestones - anything meaningful!  Just avoid blurry screenshots or images with watermarks, and your magnet will turn out beautifully.

How long until my magnets arrive?

We take a little extra time to make your magnets just right - usually ship within 2 - 3 business days.  Once they're on the way, you'll get a tracking number so you can follow your memory's journey home.

What if I accidentally upload the wrong photo?

No worries!  Just reach out to us as soon as you notice, and we'll help you fix it before your magnet is made.

Can I give these as gifts?

Definitely!  Stick With Me magnets make thoughtful gifts that friends and family can enjoy every day - a small piece of memory that sticks.

What if my magnets arrive damaged?

We package every magnet with care.  If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace it promptly - because memories should never be lost.
